YOUR PERSONAL EXERCISE DEMONSTRATION LIBRARYWe design your customised exercise demonstration library the same time we design your exercise program, so you will gain access to this section when you receive your customised program. You can watch and re watch demonstrations of all the exercises included in your program anytime, anywhere. You must be logged into the Peak Pregnancy Members Only Section to view these videos.
RECIPES AND MEAL IDEASBreakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks, dips, marinades and dressings. Have fun cooking up a storm and munching your way through our extensive range of healthy delicious recipes and meal ideas. Some of the meal ideas available for you are just that, meal ideas. This means they are quick and easy recipes such as wraps, healthy take away options, scrambled eggs on toast etc. The idea for including these recipes is so you begin to get a better understanding of calories, fat, carb and protein content contained within normal everyday meals you may consume on a regular basis.
