Your body, your program! ...we tailor your program to suit your needs which means your program zones into what YOUR BODY needs to help improve fertility and lose or gain weight... whatever your goal may be.

Your body is unique to you! To help us understand and focus on your specific needs and goals we ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire to gather information on any relevant fertility/obstetric/personal/medical history as well as your weight loss/gain goals, if you are currently trying to conceive or if you are planning a pregnancy in the near future. We use this information to design your personalised program that is specifically focused to your needs and your goals. Your 12 week exercise program includes strength, cardio, toning, core and flexibility training. Our plans are flexible, which means if something unexpected occurs such as an injury, illness or if you become pregnant! 🙂 then we modify your program accordingly. You receive unlimited personal support, advice and coaching throughout your program to keep you motivated and focused on reaching your goals. The fertility journey comes with it's fair share of emotional ups and downs, although we are not psychologists, we understand the emotional roller coaster that tags along when you are trying to conceive. We are here to support you, guide you and help you through those tough times, flick us an email anytime you need that extra bit of support! You receive a personally tailored exercise video demonstration library that we design just for you, this way you can watch and re-watch demonstrations of all the exercises included within your customised exercise program.

You also receive a personalised nutritional guide that is designed by us to work concurrently with your exercise program to further accelerate your weight loss or work on your weight gain goals, improve insulin resistance, regulate blood sugars and boost your fertility. Your calorie and nutritional requirements are determined by the information you include in your questionnaire. Simplicity is the key to our Peak Pregnancy recipes and meal ideas, which are quick and simple for you to create.

You also receive 16 weeks access to our members only section which is jam packed full of nutritious, balanced recipes and meal ideas. We have personally tried and tested all of the dishes and to make things easier for you, we have portion controlled every meal serving. Each recipe displays how many calories, grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat are in each meal. We have included these figures under each recipe so you can easily monitor your daily calorie and nutritional intake and pick and choose your favourite meals. We don’t believe in FAD diets that set you up to fail and we don’t believe in telling you what to eat simply because everyones food preferences are different. You choose your favourite meals and cook your favourite recipes that you will find in our Peak Pregnancy kitchen within the members section. You do not have to follow the nutritional guide but we will design one for you anyway incase you would like to refer to it from time to time. When you cook and prepare your own meals, we have created a list of recommended healthy and nutritious food choices to help you stay on track. We live in a supersized economy so we take you back to basics and teach you portion control and healthy serving sizes. These are healthy lifestyle choices that you can take away with you after your 12 week transformation has ended and incorporate into the rest of your life.
